The host of Gold Medal Girls, Dr. Delaney Thibodeau has a PhD Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She is working as a post-doctoral researcher in collaboration with the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Her research primarily explores body image in elite athletes, and she has a real passion for working with athletes to promote evidence-based strategies of breaking down barriers for girls and women in sport.
